idk. personally, i don’t like tongue rings because… well, your food goes right passed it and it would be nasty tasting whatever ring is in your mouth.
but then again, what’s the purpose of most piercings? earrings, lip rings, eyebrow rings… what do they do? but they don’t really serve a major purpose like clothes.
their purpose is the owner’s choice. if they like it, then they will get it (or try anyway).
