Rip it out? my parents got over it... you can also buy Clear balls to screw on and off regular barbells....unlike the plastic retainers... it also works.... thats what i use for work...the plasic retainers irratate my tounge because i need real metal in my mouth... just like you need real metal earings otherwise your ears get all sore and infected they make CLEAR plastic retainers….
