Ha ha, I did this with my first belly button ring. It doesn’t screw off! You have to pop out the little bead. Pull apart the two metal sides and the bead will come out.

Hold the earring still and turn your head instead. Let us know how it works. We care about you. Sorry, I guess my bad mood is showing. Good luck to you!

hehe its a CBR ring (captive bead ring). circular with a ball on it, right? well, you can either go to a shop and have them take it out painless with a special instrument. or just grab the circle, grab the ball with your other handle, hold on tightly and pull the ball out.

ok first off it the piercing isnt fully healed, dont take it off it will irritate it, and get it more prone to infection. also it depends on what kind of jewerly you have on it..if you have a captive bead ring it probally just snap out…and if you have a barbel hold the bar..and twist the bead to the left.
if you still cant get it off wait awhile cause your probally irritating the piercing..then go to a tattoo/ body piercing place and they will gladly take it off for you.

It depends on the jewelery. If it is a CBR (the hoop with a ball in the middle), you’ll need to pop the ball out. You can pull the circle away from the ball and it should pop out. However, this can be hard and I’m a wimp so I always went to a professional and had them do it for me (about $5).

If it is a banana bar (curved barbell), one or both ends will twist off. Make sure you grab on end firmly and start twisting to the left on the other ball. If that doesn’t work, reverse it. If you’re still not getting it off, again, you can go to a professional and they can do it for you.
