sea salt soaks are the best to heal piercings/treat infections.

mix 1 cup of water with 1/4 teaspoon of seasalt.

to clean the ring just sea salt soak it.

dont use peroxide or bleach or anything like that,.

Yes sea salt mixture is the best. Also biotene (sp?) is ok as well. That’s what they usually give out were they do my peircings. However like the other person said do not use alchohol or peroxide, as it will dry it out. I also heard something like plain old dail soap was ok

Also, i know it’s a little to late for this now but most of the time when getting a new peircing its always best to do it with the ring first then switch to the barbell afte the healing is done because you can turn and twist the ring. You can clean both of the “entry sites” then turn the ring and clean the ring then turn it back inside. That was you are gettng the cleaner inside the piercing as well. But like i said, i know its to late for you and your eye but in the future for anyone else getting their eye done its something to consider. Some places will use both rings or bar bells for starters when percing, the place i go to will just use the ring on eyes for that reason.
